Donnie Harris completed his Bachelor of Laws degree at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane. Donnie has regularly advised clients on:
- large scale business mergers and acquisitions, including assisting clients to draft and negotiate project documentation;
- starting self managed super funds and amending trust deeds;
- superannuation borrowing arrangements;
- business disputes, including franchising, partnerships, trading trusts and companies;
- incorporation of companies, establishment of trusts, partnerships and other trading structures;
- matters impacting upon rural clients including agistment, leasing, easements, acquisitions and mining compensation agreements.
Donnie is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, High Court of Australia and the Principal of Donnie Harris Law. Donnie is an Accredited Specialist Business Law, Queensland. Donnie was awarded the highest Achievement Award when he undertook the statewide accreditation course in 2008.
