Courtney is an Associate Solicitor at Donnie Harris Law and has been a valued member of the team since the firm opened its doors in 2014.
While completing her Bachelor of Laws at James Cook University, Courtney had many roles within the firm, including Office Manager and Conveyancing / Commercial Law paralegal. After completing her Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Courtney was admitted as a solicitor in 2020.
With a strong background in residential conveyancing, Courtney now supervises our conveyancing practice and is devoted to training and supporting our paralegals and junior solicitors in this area.
Courtney has a passion for Property Law and Commercial Law and regularly advises clients on:
Commercial Property matters, including sales and purchases of commercial and rural properties, commercial and retail shop leases, easements, mortgage and security documents; and
Business Law matters, including sales and purchases of businesses, share transfers, personal property securities matters, guarantees, trusts, companies, partnerships and shareholders agreements.
Courtney also has experience across other areas, including estate planning, bankruptcy and debt recovery.
Courtney is committed to developing strong client relationships and supporting her clients through their complex legal issues.
