Before embarking on a legal career, Christelle worked in the marketing and public relations departments of luxurious 5-star resort hotels in Mauritius. This early experience laid a solid foundation in client relations and communication.
Upon moving to Australia, Christelle embraced new challenges, first as a Manager at BBQ Galore and the Weber Shop in Townsville for over 7 years, mastering retail operations and customer service. Her tenure as a Revenue Protection Officer at Australia Post further sharpened her skills in regulatory compliance.
Eager to deepen her knowledge Christelle earned her diploma in tourism management and hospitality management in 2010. Her academic performance was recognised with the Best International Student Award from TAFE QLD in 2010.
Christelle pursued a legal career and undertook studies at James Cook University, where she earned a law degree.
As a paralegal, Christelle gained valuable experience in various fields including conveyancing, Wills & Estates, and Commercial Law at local firms, preparing her for her admission as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023.
Fluent in English, French, and Creole, Christelle brings a multilingual advantage to her practice.
